Delete Your Account

Requests to permanently delete player profiles, game stats, and account data from the Raven Storm servers.

Important NoticeWhat gets permanently deleted?

Deleting your account is permanent. This action is irreversible. Once processed, the following items will be completely purged from our databases:

🔥 Irreversible Data Loss

  • Authentication Account: Your email, password hash, and display name (callsign) used for login.
  • Career Stats & Records: All accumulated kills, deaths, matches played, and win/loss records stored in our SQLite database.
  • Leaderboard Entries: Your callsign and statistics will be removed from all global rankings.
  • Raven Eggs: Your collected raven egg count will be reset to zero.

Submitting a deletion request does not prevent you from installing the game again and creating a fresh account in the future.

Method 1 — Instant

In-App Account Deletion

If you have the game installed and are logged in, you can delete your profile instantly from the main menu:

  1. Open the Raven Storm app.
  2. Wait for the main menu to load (you must be authenticated).
  3. In the left panel, scroll down to the bottom section.
  4. Click the "⚠️ DELETE ACCOUNT" button.
  5. Read the warning in the confirmation modal that appears.
  6. If you are certain, click the red "DELETE" button to permanently wipe your account.
If you have not signed in recently, you may see an error: "This operation requires recent authentication." In that case, sign out, sign back in, and try again.
Method 2 — Manual

Web Request Form

If you have uninstalled the game and no longer have access to the app, use the form below to request deletion. Our privacy team will process manual requests within 30 days.

📌 What happens on our end: We will remove your account record and delete all associated player stats from our SQLite database, exactly as the in-app process does.
